Three things that speed up your quote

1. Photos and floor area

Site photos of the existing floor plus the room dimensions (square footage per room) let us scope species, pattern wastage and finish coats.

2. Subfloor and condition

Tile, concrete screed, existing parquet or vinyl underneath drives the prep approach — overlay, hack-and-relay or sand-and-recoat.

3. Finish preference

Sheen (matt / satin / semi-gloss), water-based vs oil-based, and standard vs Bona premium — these are the main coating decisions that drive cost.
