WoodFlooring.com.sg is the wood flooring arm of Ezzogenics Pte Ltd. We deliver parquet, solid timber and engineered wood flooring — supply, installation, sanding, varnishing and parquet restoration — for residential, commercial and institutional properties across Singapore.
Every project runs through a single point of contact, from site survey to defect walk-through. Site survey covers moisture check on the subfloor, dimensioned sketch and species/finish recommendation. Material is acclimatised on-site, installed by in-house teams, then sanded and finished. A defect walk-through is conducted with the owner before sign-off.
We apply water-based and oil-based varnish systems as standard, and Bona premium water-based and 2K systems on request. Bona is positioned as a higher-priced option with documented technical data sheets and longer warranty support from the manufacturer. Coating choice is matched to traffic, sheen preference, recoat interval and budget.
Drum and edge sanders are paired with vacuum-extraction units to keep airborne dust low. We use progressive grit sequences (36 → 60 → 80 → 100/120) for solid timber and parquet; engineered wood is sanded only within the wear layer specified by the manufacturer.

We do not advertise as the "best" or quickest contractor. Hardwood is a natural material; species hardness, grain and colour vary naturally between boards. We hedge on warranty length for site-applied finishes — the realistic interval to recoat depends on traffic and care, not just the product specification.
